Having worked on many brand and campaign briefs, there’s usually a section on ‘benefits’, but what’s often lacking is a focus on what makes a brand better. Our work over the past couple of years has been based around this question. We’re interested in understanding what gives our clients a competitive edge.

We’ve developed a methodology (see link) that’s based around understanding the factors that customers value and benchmarking them against our clients and their competition. It results in a clear understanding of the differentiators that drive business growth.
