Market is a professional workspace in Peckham, south London. BNT worked with founders architects Nick Mansour and Simon Thorpe to develop the brand strategy, business name and key messages.
The Market proposition strategy is about value, offering start-ups "More than just a desk – a place for local people and businesses to create, innovate, socialise and grow."
Market offers four floors of shared workspace, three independent restaurants/bars, a live music venue, a bookshop and a range of meeting and event space. The ‘Market’ name fits with this multi-use vision and also references the building’s past, an Edwardian department store built by Selfridges. The name also serves as a brand promise – to strive to be as market-like as possible, with doors open to everyone.
Market is due to open in 2018.
